Personalised
facial planning
Before deciding what to do, understand what your face really needs, and what it does not.
An individual analysis of your face, skin and the way you age, to build a sequence of care and treatments with priorities, timing and investment.
You do not receive a list of treatments. You receive a strategy for your face.
What I analyse
Every face tells a different story. Before recommending anything, I look at the whole.
- Face
- Proportions · Asymmetries · Support · Volume loss · Contour · Ageing pattern
- Skin
- Texture · Pigmentation · Pores · Hydration · Skin quality · Photoageing
- Expression
- Dynamic lines · Musculature · Facial balance · Areas that do or do not merit treatment
- Routine
- Skincare · Habits · Treatment history · Complementary care
- Treatments
- Botulinum toxin · Biostimulators · Fillers · Technologies · Regenerative treatments · Skin treatments
- Strategy
- What to do first · What can wait · Intervals · Combinations · Alternatives · What I do not recommend
An integrative approach
The face is not separate from the rest of the body. That is why I look at the whole: if something points to an internal cause, I tell you clearly.
- An analysis of the whole and, when needed, a suggestion of tests to discuss with your doctor.
- A suggestion to see the right doctor, if the case calls for it. Medical follow-up is not part of the plan.
- A suggestion to see a nutritionist, where relevant. The nutrition consultation is also arranged separately.
- Skincare designed for your skin and your routine.
- Hormonal, sleep and lifestyle factors that affect ageing.
What your plan includes
- Priorities: what makes the most difference now.
- The sequence of treatments, in the order that respects your skin.
- Intervals between treatments.
- Possible alternatives for each stage.
- An estimate of the investment.
- Home care and skincare routine.
- Areas I do not consider necessary to treat.
A clear plan for where you are now
- What I would prioritise
- What deserves attention first, and why.
- What can come later
- Possibilities to consider after the initial priorities.
- What can wait
- What I do not consider a priority right now.
- What I would preserve
- Features or areas where I see no need for intervention.
The plan is based on the features, needs and goals identified at the time of the analysis. As the face, the skin and individual needs change, a future reassessment means a new plan.
How it works
01You tell me about yourself. Photos, what bothers you, what you have already had done and what you want to preserve.
02I study your case. I analyse your face, skin, history and possibilities before we talk.
03We talk one to one. I present my analysis, explain my reasoning and we discuss the possibilities.
04You receive your plan. A plan organised by priority, with sequence, intervals and guidance to inform your decisions.
What is included
A 90-minute individual consultation, a full analysis and an organised plan.
The plan delivered within 15 days of the consultation.
The plan reflects an analysis of where you are now.
Your face does not need everything. It needs the right choices, in the right order.
