    Medical questionnaire

    Every appointment begins with the medical questionnaire. That is where I come to understand your history, your concerns and what you are looking for.

    I reply within 24h

    Once I receive your questionnaire, I read it carefully and get in touch within 24 hours to arrange a time.

  3. 03

    Assessment before any treatment

    At your appointment I assess your face and your skin, we talk about what really makes sense, and only then do we decide on the treatment.

  4. 04

    Aftercare

    You stay in touch with me during your recovery. The appointment does not end when you leave the studio.

What to expect on the day

Before anything else we talk: I explain what is possible, what I would not recommend and why.

If on the day the best decision is to wait, I will tell you so clearly. You will not leave with anything you did not choose.

Before and after

Before you come

  • Arrive on time, neither early nor late: I see one person at a time and there is no waiting room. Ideally, come with a clean face, no make-up, and allow some extra time so you are not in a hurry.
  • Avoid strong sun exposure in the days before.
  • Let me know about medication, allergies and recent treatments.

After your appointment

  • Follow the care routine we agreed on, without bringing in new products.
  • Sun protection every day, without exception.
  • Any questions during recovery, message me on WhatsApp.
  • Reply when I get in touch after your appointment: I ask for photos and an update on how you are, and that is how I follow your progress.

Your visit

If this is your first time here, I begin with the medical questionnaire: you fill it in and I reply within 24 hours with the available times. If you are already my client, just choose the day and time in my online calendar.

Book at least 48 hours in advance. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
